TITLE INSURANCE & SETTLEMENT SERVICES

The Escrow Officer is responsible to effectively manage the real estate closing transaction for insuring title insurance. This position requires the Escrow Officer to exercise superior customer service, extreme multi-tasking abilities, concise judgment based on company & underwriter’s policy, and to possess the knowledge and experience necessary to efficiently handle any situation which may arise during the escrow process.

The employee is regularly required to reach with hands, and arms; stand, walk, sit, type, file; and occasionally required to lift up to 25 pounds. Employee may be required to drive to other offices as needed. Occasional overnight travel may be required for Training. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
